Delete your Clash Companion account and data
Clash Companion is provided by Zidan Codes. You may permanently delete an optional account and its associated cloud data, or request deletion of guest device-scoped data.
Delete inside the app
- Open Clash Companion and go to Account.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the request.
For guest notification/support data, open Privacy Settings and use Delete My Data.
Request deletion without the app
Email our support team using the button below. State that you want your Clash Companion account and associated data deleted, and identify whether you signed in with Apple or Google. Send the request from the email address associated with that sign-in when possible. We may ask for limited additional information to verify ownership.
Request deletion by emailNever send us your Apple or Google password, authorization code, access token, or refresh token.
What is deleted
For an authenticated account, we delete the Clash Companion account, linked sign-in identities, active app sessions, registered devices, cloud-synchronized favorites and preferences, and push-account associations. For a verified guest request, we delete the matching active notification data and associated support data that we can locate.
The current in-app account deletion removes Clash Companion's account record and switches the purchase SDK away from the deleted account, but it does not yet automatically erase the separate RevenueCat customer record. Include a request for RevenueCat customer-data deletion in your email so we can process it through RevenueCat's supported deletion tools. Apple or Google may retain store transaction records under their own rules.
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Apple, Google, and purchase service providers may independently retain transaction records under store rules or law.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting Clash Companion data does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your platform's subscription settings to prevent future renewal.
