These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clash Companion app ("App", "we", "us", "our") and the services provided through the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must comply with applicable laws and any age requirements in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age required to consent to data processing in your region (typically 13-16 years), you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
3. Children's Privacy

4. License (End User License Agreement)

This App is an unofficial, fan-made companion tool created for Fan Content purposes only. We strictly comply with Supercell's Fan Content Policy available at www.supercell.com/fan-content-policy
Important clarifications:
- NOT affiliated with Supercell: This App is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or created by Supercell Oy.
- Trademarks: "Clash of Clans" and all related trademarks, logos, characters, game assets, and intellectual property are owned by Supercell Oy.
- Fair Use: All game-related content is used under fair use principles for informational, educational, and fan content purposes only.
- No Official Endorsement: Nothing in this App should be interpreted as official Supercell content or as being endorsed by Supercell.
- Fan Kit Assets: Any Supercell assets used are from official fan kits provided by Supercell at fankit.supercell.com or are used in compliance with their Fan Content Policy.
6.1 Specific Fan Content Restrictions

- No physical merchandise bearing Supercell's intellectual property is manufactured or distributed through this App
- This App does not promote, contain, or facilitate cheats, hacks, exploits, automation software, bots, mods, or unauthorized third-party software
- This App does not promote account trading, selling, or buying
- This App does not use private servers or unauthorized third-party applications
- This App does not publish leaked information or content not yet made public by Supercell
7. App Content and Purpose
The App provides guides, tips, strategies, calculators, base layouts, and informational content related to Clash of Clans. All content is:
- For informational and educational purposes only
- Created independently by fans and community members
- Not official Supercell content unless explicitly attributed
- Subject to change as the game evolves
8. Prohibited Content and Activities
You may not use this App in connection with or to promote:
- Cheats, hacks, exploits, or game modifications

This advertising model is permitted under Supercell's Fan Content Policy for fan-made apps.
Advertising Guidelines:
- All advertisements comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and Google Play developer policies
- Ads do not promote prohibited content listed in section 8 above
- Ads do not promote unauthorized Supercell merchandise
- Rewarded ads (if available) may grant you in-app benefits as described within the App
- Ad availability and rewards may vary and are not guaranteed
- Third-party advertisers are subject to their own terms and privacy policies
- Mediation providers may serve ads from multiple demand partners to optimize fill, performance, and user experience
We do not charge users any fees for using the App. Monetization is limited to advertising as permitted by Supercell's Fan Content Policy.
10. Coaching and Base Layouts
Per Supercell's Fan Content Policy, certain coaching activities are permitted. If the App offers base layouts or strategy guides:
- Base layouts may be shared or showcased for educational purposes
- Any coaching-related features comply with Supercell's definition of acceptable coaching
- All coaching content is purely informational and does not involve account access or manipulation
11. Updates and Changes to the App
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature or content. Updates may be required for continued use of the App.
Updates may be necessary to maintain compliance with Clash of Clans game changes, Google Play policies, or Supercell's Fan Content Policy.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App, except as expressly permitted by these Terms, applicable law, or Supercell's Fan Content Policy.
15. Domain Names and Social Media
In compliance with Supercell's Fan Content Policy, we do not register domain names, social media accounts, or related addresses that include Supercell's trademarks (such as SUPERCELL, CLASH OF CLANS, or game character names) without separate written agreement with Supercell.
The domain and app name "Clash Companion" is designed to clearly identify this as a companion tool while avoiding direct use of Supercell's exact trademarks.
16. Supercell Terms of Service
By using this App, you also agree to comply with Supercell's Terms of Service available at supercell.com/en/terms-of-service/ and their Safe and Fair Play Policy.
This App does not violate or encourage violation of Supercell's Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Supercell's Fan Content Policy, Supercell's Fan Content Policy takes precedence on matters related to fan content.
17. Google Play Compliance
This App is intended to align with applicable Google Play Developer Program Policies as of April 2026, including but not limited to:
- Impersonation and Intellectual Property policies (we clearly disclose we are NOT affiliated with Supercell)
- User Data policies (see our Privacy Policy)
- Monetization and Ads policies (ads comply with all requirements)
- Device and Network Abuse policies (no malicious behavior)
- Deceptive Behavior policies (transparent about unofficial status)
- SDK integration requirements (all SDKs properly disclosed)
- Android ID restriction compliance (April 2025 update)
18. Disclaimers and Limitations

- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

- Your violation of Google Play's developer policies
21. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, Supercell's Fan Content Policy, or if we determine it is necessary to protect the App, comply with legal requirements, or protect other users.
Supercell may revoke our limited use license under their Fan Content Policy at any time, which may require us to modify or discontinue the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ends.
22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Amman, Jordan, unless your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, new features (such as enabling advertising), or compliance with Supercell's Fan Content Policy. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and subject to Supercell's Fan Content Policy and Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
